Data's organisation
The organization of data in the database of the Paris 115
When a person contacts the
Data concerning the characteristics of people are recorded in "individual files", which contain socio-demographic information (name, date of birth, sex, marital status, nationality, social care, income ...). This information can help to relocate the person's record and thus ensure better monitoring of the situation without having to conduct a new assessment of the situation on each call.
Information about the subject of the call is recorded in "sheltering files", which contain information about the date of the request; the category of the caller (user, professional, individual, institutional ...), the subject of the request (lodging, relocation, information request ...), and the response. Files for the sheltering of people receiving care from the mobile aid teams (EMA) are also recorded in the information system.
The individual and sheltering files are stored in different data tables. Each individual represents a unique identification number that links between the various tables. 115 users will therefore have a unique record in the individual table, which will be linked to as many call recordings in the sheltering table. This information, listed by the dates of calls, makes it possible to follow the 115 users.
Privacy of the data is guaranteed by both the computer’s protection system and by the dissemination of only aggregate data.
